Our Customer Care Team members are the first point of contact and support for customers at the Addiction Services Council. They provide outreach, care coordination, and customer service in a behavioral health service environment. Responsibilities include providing information about addiction and services to callers, registering people for care and scheduling ongoing appointments, linking individuals and families to addiction related resources in the community. The work atmosphere is fast paced and involves working with a highly diverse population. Must have compassion for individuals and families struggling with addiction and must have a passionate belief that recovery is possible.
Skills include ease with computer scheduling software, ability to handle details, work in a highly collaborative environment, be able to engage quickly with people from all walks of life, and in the community. Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred. Must have a CDCA, or be willing to receive training immediately upon start date to obtain the CDCA license with the Ohio Chemical Dependency Board.
Job Type: Full-time Salary: $15.00 to $18.00 /hour based on previous experience.
